Built in 2012, the Bur-Nas Beach offers brand new apartments meticulously decorated by the owner bringing his special touch and all his care—ranging from middle class Executive suites to high standard Penthouses for your convenience and comfort. For ones looking for a more luxurious experience, the Bur-Nas Beach has a unique luxurious Presidential Penthouse overlooking the beautiful beach.

These spacious self-catering suites are located just 3 minutes’ walk from Pereybère beach and 5 minutes by car from the bustling town of Grand Bay, ideally making it a perfect compromise between the quiet nature and excitement and fun.

One will find few residential properties offering a Penthouse with a open sky Jacuzzi over viewing the sea. Executive suites are very convenient suites for a nice holiday stay for a young couple or even a lonely traveller.

Bur-nas beach is one of the very few resorts in Mauritius to have elevator access, one of the advantages of being newly built! It also has free Wi-Fi in public areas. A fitness center, a pool and a supermarket can be found on site. So, you won’t have to travel long to find what you need.

Accommodations

With a commercial building on the ground floor (occupied by Winner’s supermarket, a bakery, café, boutiques, etc), the two upper floors are used for residential purpose of Bur Nas Beach. In total Bur Nas Beach consists of 25 apartments for its guests.

The first floor consists of 20 Luxury Executive Suites while the second floor is for the 5 Signature Units Penthouses reserved for the guests.

Each of the classically decorated suites overlooks the northern reefs of Mauritius from a private balcony. All have a lounge area with a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with adjacent dining table and a marble bathroom.

Executive Suites (on 1st floor)

Executive suites are all 70 m² with garden or city view, suitable for 2-4 persons. The contemporary classic style will again enchant you.

Each penthouse has its own special name on the main entrance, depicting a touch of exclusivity to the guest.
