Our Villa is a beautiful fully furnished Villa of 4 bedroom + 1 office room, with 3 bathrooms and 3 separate WC’s, in an excellent location just outside the center of Grand Baie, in the best neighborhood of the North of Mauritius (Grand Bay - Pointe aux Cannoniers).

The villa is situated in an ideal location 50m from the beach and 200m from the main road (Royal Road) leading to the center of Grand Baie, so you will have an easy access to the beautiful quite beach on one hand and to a large number of restaurants, shops and tourist facilities on the other.

Our Villa offers the perfect balance between being very stylish and homey. Straight form the first minute you walk into the house you feel like home. It has all the facilities, features and luxury you can think of, so you are sure to enjoy every minute of your stay.

The villa has its own swimming pool with an internal Jacuzzi system and jet stream training machine, which you can turn on whenever you feel like having some swimming exercises.

The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators, microwave, gas oven, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and anything else you will need.

The villa is secured with a brick wall, high fence and has its own private entrance and parking area for 2 cars. We also have 2 cars to exchange with (both new).

Our place is perfect for family with children as we have a lot of toys for indoor, outdoor and beach toys. We do have a very nice lady who comes to clean and 6 days a week (every day except Sunday).She is great with children and a very good person. She helps us with babysitting and cleaning the house. In addition, on request she prepares delicious local dishes for us.

In addition to the cleaner/babysitter, we also have a garden boy and pool boy, all paid by us :-), so your vacation is hassle free!
