The fishing boat is very spacious with lower and upper deck and is ideal for 10 passengers, but preferably no more than 3 anglers. As part of this fishing trip you will enjoy the big game fishing and a wonderful day at sea on the 47ft boat.

Sailing to the North from the jetty onboard 47ft boat, you will reach the deep sea and have the opportunity to experience the thrill of the chase to get the adrenaline pumping.

You will pass by Cap Malheureux cruising along the northern coastline and then departing from the lagoon heading to the deep sea. The boat will pass by the impressive sea cliffs of Coin de Mire Island heading further north for you to enjoy fishing by Gabriel Island, even reaching as far as Round Island. This region is renowned worldwide as a top deep sea fishing destination, home to a rich marine biodiversity that attracts anglers from all over the world to Mauritius.

As this is a full-day trip, you will have plenty of time to reach far into the deep sea and seek the really big catches such as the giant Blue Marlin. Who knows, maybe you will come back to shore with the next biggest catch earning you a world fishing record.

During the Big-game fishing trip, the boat staff will make sure you have a fishing trip according to your fishing level and preferences. Also, in case you feel like having a break from fishing, we can include a stop for lunch at one of the Northern islands (either at Gabriel Island or Flat Island). This is a great chance to visit one of these amazing islets while taking a breather from the adrenaline-pumping fishing activity for a delicious lunch, swimming, snorkelling and some relaxation.
