When you book through the Mauritius Attractions website, you benefit our special 10%-20% website discount given on online orders and you already guarantee in advance your place on the activity you desire.
In addition to the special website prices, when booking online you can be relaxed and assured that the activity / trip is reserved and booked for you on the time and date that suit you most. You also save the hassle of traveling from your place of accommodation to our office to make the bookings.
On the website you can see both our office prices (appear in Grey with strikethrough line through them) and also our discounted website prices (appear in blue). When you make your booking through our website you will benefit our special discounted prices offered for website orders only.
Please note that the website prices are 10-20% lower than our office prices.
Yes we do! Every month we offer special promotion rates on few selected trips. These promotion prices are valid as of the time of order. This means that in case you order an activity when it is offered for a promotion price and then after the price of this activity increases, you will still benefit from the special promotion price which you have paid.

There is no one clear answer to this question because the answer very much depends on the activity in which you are interested in and on the period of the year for which you would like to make the booking.
For our most popular activities and trips such as the dolphin’s trips, Ile aux Cerfs trips, walking with lions adventure and many more, we do recommend finalizing the booking enough time in advance during any period during the year. This is of course even more relevant during the peak season (November – February), where we are usually fully booked for the majority of the activities, and advance booking is a must!
Mauritius Attractions is a Mauritius based company. Our company’s headquarters are situated in Grand Baie at the North of Mauritius. Who offer our services through our website, local offices, and through large number of agents both in Mauritius and around the world (we have agents in more than 20 countries!).
Yes you can. You can come to our office and make the booking directly with one of our representatives. With that, in such case you should take into account that any booking will be made according to our office price list and not according to the discounted website rates.
Also, you should take into account that in case you will wait with the booking until your arrival to Mauritius, there is an high probability that we will be already fully booked for some of the activities and trips you planned on booking (this is especially relevant for the more popular activities and during the peak season when we are usually fully booked long time in advance for the majority of trips).
Yes we do! We do offer the option of ordering a gift voucher via our website. Accordingly, you can surprise your friends / partner / family or any other close person visiting Mauritius, with an original rewarding gift.
The gift voucher can be for a specific trip which will be chosen by you, or a voucher for a certain amount chosen by you (which can be used by the voucher holder during a later stage for choosing any of the activities we offer).
For not extra charge we can prepare a personalized gift voucher which includes the names of the person receiving the gift, including also a personal greeting and/or even add a photo of your choice.
The process for ordering a gift voucher is almost identical to the order process for ordering a regular voucher. The only difference is that as part of the order process you should enter this comment:
“This order is a gift for XXX” (please mention here the name/s of the person/s receiving the voucher).
You can enter this comment on the “Comments” text box just before the payment screen, or send us such this information by email. In the same comments box, you can also enter any greeting you would like us to include as part of the gift voucher.
On the day of each trip/activity you should bring the voucher which we have sent you by email following your booking. This voucher is your proof of booking.
The voucher also includes all the relevant details regarding your booking and regarding the activity itself, such as: the departure point, start / end time, activity description, local contact numbers, and also a list of what to bring and not to bring for that activity.
- Go online to our website and choose the activity you wish to order
- Choose the number of participants (number of adults / children / other features)
- Then choose the order method (open voucher / preferred date and choose the desired date)
- Then choose “add to cart”
- Once you are at the shopping cart you can choose to proceed to the “checkout” or continue shopping to add more activities to your shopping cart (steps 1- 4)
- Fill-in your personal details (creating an account)
- Finalize the payment
- Specific Date booking
- Open Voucher booking (can be used also as a Gift Voucher)
This way, each client can choose the order method according to his exact preferences.
Booking an activity for a Preferred Date: When choosing this order option, you will be asked to enter your preferred date on which you would like to go for the activity. This option will entitle you to reserve and guarantee your place for the activity on a specific time and date that suit you most, and do so as part of the order process.
Booking an activity by an Open Voucher: By ordering an Open Voucher you will be able to choose the preferred date for the activity during a later stage (when you already have full knowledge of the schedule for your trip). This way you benefit maximum flexibility regarding the date of the desired activity. The open voucher can be used to go on this specific activity during a period of 3 months from the date of its purchase.

For maximum security - All payments online are done via Mauritius Commercial Bank and MasterCard’s secured payment gateway. Accordingly you can be 100% sure that the payment is very safe and secured through a 32bit encryption operated by the biggest bank of Mauritius through its cooperation with MasterCard International.
Mauritius Attractions do not receive any of your credit card details; all the card details are kept only by the credit card company. Mauritius Attractions only receives a confirmation from the bank that the payment was made.
Also, when paying using a credit card, you also enjoy the insurance provided by all credit card company.
Once you finalize the order through the Mauritius Attractions website, you will receive automatic booking and payment confirmation by email.
Then, within maximum of 72 hours from the time of order you will receive by email the vouchers for all the activities you have booked. These vouchers are your confirmation of booking. You will have to print the vouchers and bring them with you on the day of each activity / trip.
Each voucher refers to an individual activity / trip and includes all the relevant information regarding the booking of this trip, such as the client’s name, date of booking, number of participants, special requests (vegetarian, lobster lunch…), and regarding the activity itself, such as: start and end time, the exact departure point, short description of the activity, our local contact person and any additional relevant information.
Regarding the transportation, some of the activities include hotel transfers from anywhere in Mauritius (such as all the private sightseeing tours, jeep trip, VIP horse racing, day packages and more…), some activities include transfers from the area of the departure point, and some do not include transportation as part of the price of the activity.
For those activities which do not include transportation as part of the price of the activity, we can arrange a car/minivan to pick you up from your place of accommodation, take you to any activity/tours you will choose, and later take you back to your hotel.
Please note that we don’t charge any commission on the transportation services which are provided for our cost price. Payment for the transportation can be done in advance via the website or directly to the driver.
Yes, of course! Mauritius Attractions offers complete ground handling transportation services, including: airport transfers, private tours, and transportation to all sights and excursions anywhere in Mauritius.
The fleet of vehicles meets every customer’s requirements from individual customers to large groups, and includes: selection of family cars, convertibles cars, luxury cars, 4x4 vehicles, minivans and mini-buses.
The excursions and trips we offer take place in all parts of Mauritius. You will find a selection of excursions in the North, South, East and West regions of the Island.
All in all, the north of Mauritius is the place to enjoy the largest selection of cruises, sea activities and underwater activities. While the south of Mauritius, is the best area to enjoy nature activities, including hiking, trekking, animal watching, safari trips, canyoning and so on.
Yes we do. We offer range of incentive activities, trips, excursions and sightseeing tours for groups of all sizes ranging from small groups of 10 people to big organization consisting of hundreds of participants.
In case you require any travel arrangements for big groups, please contact us and we will do our very best to customize our trips and tours as per your group preferences.
Please note that in case of a really bad weather, we will have to cancel the majority of the trips and activities (any of the weather dependent activities). In this case, we will offer you to go for the same activity/trip during a different time according to your availability, or to get a full money refund (=100%) of the paid amount.
Also, in the event of any cancellation of an activity, tour, excursion, or attraction, from our side no matter what the reason is, you will be entitled to choose to go on the activity during another time/date, or to receive a full money refund.
