This is a day of a true 5 star deluxe treatment for you to enjoy in maximum privacy. You get to enjoy pure relaxation and luxury as you soak up the sun on the dazzling white sand and swim in the warm turquoise waters of Ilot Mangenie paradise island.

Ilot Mangenie, is a private island managed and owned by the luxurious Le Touessrok hotel (one of the best hotels in Mauritius and chosen as one of the leading hotels in the world).

The visit to Ilot Mangenie is reserved exclusively for Mauritius Attraction’s clients as well as for the hotel guests. This is why, each guest benefits maximum privacy and special royalty style treatment.

Ilot Mangenie is located 500m from the famous Ile aux Cerfs Island and when visiting Ilot Mangenie, you will also have access to Ile aux Cerfs Island through a short stroll along the beach trail.

The Ilot Mangenie day package consists of:

Boat transfers in a comfortable motor boat to Ilot Mangenie and back to shore
Luxury sun bed - fully set up sun lounges , including towels
Drinks: bottle of mineral water and soft drink or Beer or 1 Robinson cocktail
Delicious 3 courses gourmet meal served at the Le Touessrok hotel’s Crusoe's Restaurant

The Ilot Mangenie day tour starts with a boat transfer in one of the Le Touessrok hotel private boat taking you directly in maximum comfort and style to the Island of Mangenie. The boat trip takes about 10 minutes and is done inside the calm water of the east caost lagoon.

Once you reach the island you will receive a warm welcome by the friendly staff of the island headed by the experienced captain 'Friday'.

Then you will be headed to your own private spot on this heavenly island were you can spend the day in privacy enjoying exclusive treatment by the island’s dedicated staff.

During the entire stay on the island you will have a luxurious sun lounge consisting of a comfortable mattress sun bed and sunshade for you to enjoy sunbathing and relaxation.

Lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm offering selection of dishes such as the daily catch, quality meat grilled to order, and a healthy salads of the freshest ingredients.

Every Sunday, the Crusoe's restaurant features a lavish brunch eatery with its signature stir-fry kiosk, spit roasted leg of lamb and free-range chicken, a lagoon seafood barbecue, salad bar and dessert counter. A free flow of sparkling wine is also offered included in the package - a not to be missed experience.

Lunch Menu

As part of the Ilot Mangenie day package you will enjoy a gourmet lunch served at the Crusoe's Restaurant situated along the beautiful beach.

The lunch consists of start, main course and dessert followed by a hot drink.

There is a choice between a main course of sea food platter or a mixed grill platter. Also, upon request we can provide a vegetarian main dish.

Sunday Buffet - during most Sundays the restaurant presents a sumptuous Mauritian outdoor buffet of spit-roasted lamb and chicken, Asian stir-fries, lagoon seafood and a tempting dessert counter, all accompanied by free flowing sparkling wine (the special Sunday Buffet is offered base on the volume of people visiting the island on that day).

Following the lunch, you will have free time to spend on one of the picture-postcard beaches of the island, relaxing on the sun bed, or enjoy a swim and/or snorkel in the amazing clear water surrounding the island.

Additional optional activities:

Parasailing - It is possible to organize for you to do parasailing during your time on Ile aux Cerfs. The parasailing offers you a breathtaking bird's eye view of Ile aux Cerfs Island, its beautiful beaches and the beautiful east coast lagoon, making it a truly memorable and worthwhile experience. You can go for the parasailing as individual or as a pair. The parasailing is offered for an additional fee of 24 Euro/person.
Waterfalls speed boat trip - an optional 1 hour speed boat to visit the Grand River South East waterfalls. As part of the trip you will cruise along ilot Mangenie and Ile aux Cerfs Island heading the east coast of Mauritius mainland and upstream the Grand River for a close view of the Grand River South-East Waterfalls.

Comments:

Boat transfers to/from Ilot Mangenie are offered from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. The boat transfers to Ilot Mangenie are available every 30 minutes, accordingly you benefit maximum flexibility on the exact time you can start / end the tour
For an additional charge is also possible to organize for you to enjoy parasailing or a 1 hour trip to the Grand River south east waterfalls as part of the Ilot Mangenie day package
