Mauritius Attractions can provide a luggage land transfer in a dedicated vehicle directly from the airport to your place of accommodation in case your luggage exceeds the below mentioned luggage limitations:

• 1 - 3 passengers: 4 Medium + 5 Carry On OR 2 Large + 5 Carry On
• 4 passengers: 4 Medium + 3 Carry On OR 2 Large + 3 Carry On
• 5-6 passengers: 6 Carry On, 6kg each

If your hotel or place of accommodation does not have a helipad; Mauritius Attractions can provide you with an airport transfer to the helipad closest to your place of accommodation.

In which case, you will have to pay an additional amount to cover the landing fees charged by the operator of the helipad. Please find below the list of helipads:

• The fleet comprises of a maximum seating capacity of 4 or 6 passengers.
• Bookings are subject to availability & weather conditions.
• Passengers should hold a valid Boarding Pass and proof of ID prior to boarding the helicopter.
• In case of excess luggage on a flight trip, a separate transfer will be required for the luggage (by land).
• Passengers must check in at least 45 minutes before departure; a 100% cancellation fee applies if they/clients arrive more than 15 minutes after take-off time.
• All helicopter pilots have been trained according to global safety standards.
• When booking any of the helicopter transfers, you are required to responsibly abide by all luggage limitations and should it be required, to book a separate land transfer for your luggage.
• The body weight of each person and each piece of luggage is required to do the simulation and ensure if it will be okay for the transfer.
• The weather forecast to determine the feasibility of the flight will be done on the day itself by the pilot.
• Smoking, food and beverages are prohibited during the helicopter flights.
• Kindly communicate any information requiring special care: baby, person with reduced mobility, disability, pregnant woman etc.
• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Note: The helicopter transfer fee is per way and excludes the landing fee (when applicable) and the luggage transfers charges (if required).

In order to process any helicopter booking, client must provide the following details:

• Name of each participant as per the passports and the gender
• Nationality
• Passport number
• Date of birth of each participant
• Weight of each participant*
• In case of any children please specify same with the above details

*The exact weight of each participant must be communicated at the time of booking. Any difference in weight on the day of the activity will result in cancellation, and no refund will be made.
