Mauritius is a beautiful mountainous island with beautiful lagoons, and a sightseeing flight in a light aircraft is one of the most thrilling and exciting ways to see the beautiful island from up above.

Catch this fascinating flight over Mauritius and discover the beauty and charm of our island whilst enjoying the breathtaking panoramic scenery that unfolds before you. This aerial tour offers a unique bird’s eye view of Mauritius’ mountain ranges, coastal areas, beaches, lagoons and countryside.

The departure point for the flight is from the airfield situated at Rivière du Rempart, in the North East of Mauritius. There you will meet the pilot, be shown to the aircraft and will receive a short briefing before boarding the plane. The pilot will explain the different stages of the flight and if you have a special request for a specific landmark that you’d like to see, now is the time to ask the pilot. Board the aircraft and you’re ready for the flight of a lifetime.

You’ll take off from a grassy runway, after a headset check with the pilot - the headsets will be used for both you and pilot to communicate whilst in the air. The flight is done at a low altitude of up to 1500ft to guarantee clear and close view of all sights and landmarks and provide many picture perfect moments (don’t forget to bring a camera!).

It's worth noting that this sightseeing flight trip is done on a private basis where only you will be sitting alongside the pilot. The pilot is there to answer any question you might have and to show you all the sights. As you fly over the blue lagoons, keep a look out for any marine life you may see swimming about- you might even catch a glimpse of whales or turtles.

• We advise you to book this activity at the beginning of your stay in case it needs to be rescheduled due to weather.
• The participant must sign a Waiver form. If less than 18 years old, one parent needs to sign a consent form.
• Activity time given must be respected otherwise the participant(s) might miss the allocated slot, which will be given to other participants who are on time. The flight will then depend on availability.

Transport is available for an additional supplement and will include pick up and drop off from any hotel / place of accommodation in Mauritius.

Outstanding Amount - The outstanding amount should be paid on the day of the Sightseeing Flight Trip directly on the spot.
