Big Cats Feeding – Feed the Lions with Your Own Hands

Get close enough to feed lions while the rangers guide you safely. Feel their strength, watch their movements, and snap a few unforgettable photos. It’s that thrilling “wow” moment that makes the day feel truly special.

• Minimum Age: > 6 years
• Duration: 10-15 min | Activity Time: 09h15 - 16h15 
• Operating Days: Monday to Saturday

Camel Ride – Slow & Scenic Fun

Hop on a friendly camel for a gentle 5–10 min ride. Kids especially love it! Feel the rhythm, enjoy the scenery, and take a few pictures of your new safari companion.

• Times: 09:15–16:00 | Days: Monday–Saturday (viewing only on Sundays)

Walk with Lions – Stroll With the King of the Jungle

Hop on a safari bus, head to the lion reserve, and take a 1-hour guided walk alongside these majestic animals. Watch them play, explore the enclosure, and listen to rangers share stories about their lives. It’s an experience that feels like you’re part of the wildlife, not just watching it.

Safari Eco Rider – Quiet, Fun, and Eco-Friendly

Ride a silent electric quad through the Safari Zone. You can stand or sit, and a child seat is available for younger adventurers. It’s easy to handle, eco-friendly, and a fun way to explore the park without disturbing the animals.

• Duration: 1 hour | Activity Time: 09:15 / 10:45 / 12:45 / 14:15 / 15:45
• Driver age: 16+ | Child passenger: 5–10 yrs, max 35 kg
• Max vehicle weight: 130 kg

Activities and attractions not included in your package are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Facilities:

*Shuttles operate every 15–30 mins throughout the park, but long-distance rides are not recommended for pregnant women due to uneven terrain.

• Blue Bird Resto: The main restaurant serving gourmet dishes with breathtaking views of the west coast

• Food Outlets: 3 small food outlets around the park offering light snacks, drinks and ice cream

Note: Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park. If you plan to purchase food onsite, please communicate any special dietary requests or allergies at least 5 days before your activity date.

• As this is a full-day package, the visit and activities will be under time limitation.
• Booking is required at least 24 hours in advance.
• Activity time is subject to the available park time slots. Missed time slots are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• All times above are indicative and will be reconfirmed at the time of booking.
• You must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Access will not be granted without the presentation of a ticket or voucher.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult to sign their disclaimer
• The Safari Truck is complimentary with your entrance ticket and non-refundable if missed.
• Should the Tulawaka Gold Coaster be unavailable, clients will be offered access to the 4D Cinema as an alternative experience.
• Please note that the Safari Truck Tour is not recommended for expectant mothers, while Tulawaka is not accessible to pregnant women or guests with reduced mobility.
• In the event of cancellation by Casela, experiences will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered, subject to approval by Casela's management.

Walking with Lions

• Age Restriction: 15 years old and above (Proof of age is required on the day of your activity)
• Minimum Height: >150cm (4.9 feet)
• Maximum number of participants: 12 pax/session
• A visitor under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian, at all times. The legal guardian shall sign the disclaimer form on behalf of the Minor.
• The Big Cat keepers have the right to not let a customer participate in the activities if the restrictions are not met.

Quad Biking

• You have to be over 16 years old and a height of at least 1m35 to drive a quad.
• Children above the age of 12 and a height of at least 1m35 can enjoy this activity alongside an adult on a double quad bike.
• Capacity per session: A maximum of 8 Eco Quad Double are allowed per time slot.
• Closed shoes are mandatory for all participants.
• An initiation circuit is compulsory for the guides to evaluate the driving capacity of each client before starting the activity.
• If clients fail the initiation, the client will go on a Quad Bike accompanied by a guide and no refunds will be given.

Zipline Adventure and Nepalese Bridge

• Minimum Height: 1m35
• Maximum Weight: 115 kg
• Age Restriction: 6 years old and above
• The Ziplining adventure (400m & 4 ziplines) or Nepalese Bridge is confirmed at the time of booking and depends on availability.

Health & Safety Notes

• All visitors must adhere strictly to any security protocols and directives of the guides, during any controlled interactions with animals, especially before touching and/or approaching any animal.
• Please do not scream, shout, kick, slap or jump up and down while in close proximity to the animals; it may scare the animals and cause an accident.
• All participants must be physically and mentally capable to perform this particular activity.
• Participants should not have any major hearing or visual impairments. If the health and safety restrictions for your activity are not respected, "NO" refund will be considered. These rules are for your safety.
• Activities are still carried out in rain, and no refunds will be given if a client chooses to not participate. In the event of adverse weather, activities may be rescheduled for security purposes by the Management of the Park.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants should ensure that they understand either English, French or Mauritian Creole, which are the languages used to explain the safety procedures of the activities. Unless clients (who do not understand any of the mentioned languages) provide a translator, they cannot take part in any of the activities that include a safety talk for safety reasons.

Transport is available for an additional supplement and will include pick up and drop off from any hotel / place of accommodation in Mauritius.
