Speed Boat Trip to Ile aux Cerfs Island, GRSE Waterfalls & Lunch

The speed boat trip departs from Trou D’Eau Douce on the east coast of Mauritius.

With exhilarating high speeds and crazy spins, the speedboat ride will blast off to start and splash to stop! Experience full throttle runs, sharp twists and turns, and feel the raw power and excitement.

From the shore, you will cruise the crystal waters of the lagoon where swimming and snorkelling spots are abundant. Depending on the tides, the boat skipper may stop in a beautiful location, allowing you to enjoy the underwater marine life and swim amongst superb corals and brightly colored tropical fish.

The main highlight of this high speed cruise is a visit to the famed Ile aux Cerfs island. As you approach the Ile aux Cerfs Island by speed boat, you will see the swaying palm trees and the pure white beaches framed by the vivid turquoise waters. There, you will have free time to spend on the beach, go for a stroll, swim in the lagoon, snorkel, relax on the beach and enjoy one of the water sport activities offered on the island (at an additional cost).

At around Noon, you will get to enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch. The lunch menu usually consists of Chicken BBQ and Fish BBQ along with other sides and salads including garlic bread. In case you are a vegetarian, please inform us in advance and we will be glad to arrange a BBQ veg lunch for you to enjoy. During lunch, you will be able to enjoy a complimentary selection of drinks including both non-alcoholic drinks and alcoholic drinks.

As part of your cruise, you will also get to visit the Grand River South-East Waterfalls. The GRSE waterfall is an exceptional place where land and sea merge. The speed boat will sail along the waterfalls’ canal for the beautiful view of the Grand River South East Waterfalls. The wild flora surrounding the fabulous waterfall is amazing and is colonised with monkeys jumping and playing on the trees just beside the waterfalls as they are used to human presence.

Towards the end of the afternoon, it's time for a thrilling coastal cruise back to the mainland. The whole trip is done in a warm and friendly Mauritian atmosphere! It is an ideal boat trip for anyone looking for a fun and exciting cruising experience at high speed!

Optional Activities at Ile Aux Cerfs

Parasailing - It is possible to organize for you to do parasailing during your time on Ile aux Cerfs. The parasailing offers you a breathtaking bird's eye view of Ile aux Cerfs Island; its beautiful beaches and the beautiful east coast lagoon, making it a truly memorable and worthwhile experience. You can go parasailing as an individual or as a pair. The parasailing is offered for an additional fee.
