Important: The Quad Biking is done at the Yemen Reserve which is part of Casela Nature Parks hence requires the Entrance ticket to get access. The price for the Quad Biking does not include the Entrance ticket and will have to be purchased separately.

Quad Biking Experience at Casela Nature Parks (Yemen Nature Reserve)

One hour of intense fun to appreciate the exclusivity and the charm that prevails in the reserve. More than a quad bike outing, it is an epic journey in the wilderness.

Helmet on and get ready for an incredible ride - Once on site, the guides will explain to you the rules for when you will be out there, so pay attention clearly. You will be provided with sanitised safety equipment and head to the quads. Saddle up, this is going to be a bumpy ride, with so much fun! 

Solo Rider or Double Ride - You can enjoy this amazing experience in Mauritius individually or together with your partner in crime by sharing a double quad. You have a choice between a single-seat quad for 1 person and a double–seat quad, ideal for 2 people. Feel the thrills of riding your super cool quad (Quad bikes Brands: Bombardier 400 cc automatic or Arctic Cat 500 cc automatic) in the wild. We promise, the ride will have you smiling non-stop.

Quad Biking in Yemen Reserve - The quad biking trip allows you to discover the Yemen Nature Reserve in Mauritius; you drive in a group led by experienced guides. After a last check of this four-wheel drive, it takes a few minutes to initiate the quad drive. The course takes you up the park hills, down some valleys, across rivers and all while enjoying the great surroundings.

For those of you who want to enjoy the 1-hour Quad with more privacy, we recommend the Private Quad Biking, as a supplement. The Exclusive Quad Biking option guarantees you personal guidance from the accompanying guide, riding at your own pace with no rush or being delayed by others! • African Safari: Casela Nature Parks offers several fun ways to get closer to animals of the African Safari: for example the zebra bus.
• Predator Kingdom: At the Predator Kingdom, Safari adventures brings you the best of the Big Cats experiences in Mauritius. This is a unique opportunity for visitors to have once in a lifetime experience. Big Cats encounters include: walking with lions, interaction with cheetah, caracal and serval,and the drive-thru to see tigers and lions in their natural habitat.

Note: Activity time will be subject to the time slots available at the park. If clients miss their specific time slot booked, there will be no money refund or rescheduling.

The Quad biking activity is not being offered at the African Safari anymore, a new itinerary has been proposed for the wellbeing of the animals.

• Food & Drink are allowed inside the Park.
• Access will not be granted without presentation of a ticket or voucher.
• You must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Please note that giraffe viewing is available between 10.30 - 15.30 (except Mondays and Thursdays).
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Foreign Language Clients: Participants should ensure that they understand either English, French or Mauritian Creole, which are the languages used to explain the safety procedures of the activities. Unless clients (who do not understand any of the mentioned languages) provide a translator, they cannot take part in any of the activities that include a safety talk for safety reasons.

Safari Bus is a complimentary activity offered with the entrance ticket and if missed, there will no refund/rescheduling.

Health & Safety Notes

• You have to be over 16 years old and a height of at least 1m35 to drive a quad.
• Children above the age of 12 and a height of at least 1m35 can enjoy this activity alongside an adult on a double quad bike.
• An initiation circuit is compulsory for the guides to evaluate the driving capacity of each client before starting the activity.
• If clients fail the initiation, the client will go on a Quad Bike accompanied by a guide and no refunds will be given.
• Please do not scream, shout, kick, slap or jump up and down while riding or while in close proximity to the camels; it may scare the animals and cause an accident.
• All participants must be physically and mentally capable to perform this particular activity.
• Participants should not have any major hearing or visual impairments. If the health and safety restrictions for your activity are not respected, "NO" refund will be considered. These rules are for your safety.
• Activities are still carried out in rain, and no refunds will be given if a client chooses to not participate. In the event of adverse weather, activities may be rescheduled for security purposes by the Management of the Park.
