Quad Biking Experience at Casela Nature Parks (Yemen Nature Reserve)

One hour of intense fun to appreciate the exclusivity and the charm that prevails in the reserve. More than a quad bike ride, it is an epic journey in the wilderness...

Helmet on for an incredible ride - Once on site, the guides will explain to you the rules for when you will be out there. After a last check of this four-wheel drive, it takes a few minutes to initiate the quad drive. So, pay attention clearly & saddle up, this is going to be a bumpy ride!

Solo or Double Ride - You can enjoy this amazing experience individually or together with your partner in crime by sharing a double quad. Feel the thrills of riding your super cool quad in the wild, accompanied by the guides. We promise, the ride will have you smiling non-stop. 

Quad Biking in Yemen Reserve - The quad biking trip allows you to discover the Yemen Nature Reserve - the largest in Mauritius! The course takes you up the park hills, down some valleys, across rivers and all while enjoying the great surroundings.

Private Quad Biking (Optional)

For those of you who want to enjoy the 1-hour Quad with more privacy, we recommend the Private Quad Biking, as a supplement.

The Exclusive Quad Biking option guarantees you personal guidance from the accompanying guide, riding at your own pace with no rush or being delayed by others! Or you can up the speed and enjoy a thrilling ride whilst enjoying the scenery.

Located beside the Rempart Mountain in the South West of Mauritius, Casela Nature Parks stays true to being a real nature and adventure park. It includes several thematic worlds, as well as a hub for discovery and learning for all ages.

Note: Only light snacks and drinks are allowed inside the park. If you plan to purchase food onsite, please communicate any special dietary requests or allergies at least 5 days before your activity date.

The Quad biking activity is not being offered at the African Safari anymore, a new itinerary has been proposed for the wellbeing of the animals.

Note: Activity time will be subject to the time slots available at the park. If clients miss their specific time slot booked, there will be no money refund or rescheduling.

• You have to be over 16 years old and a height of at least 1m35 to drive a quad.
• Children above the age of 12 and a height of at least 1m35 can enjoy this activity alongside an adult on a double quad bike.
• An initiation circuit is compulsory for the guides to evaluate the driving capacity of each client before starting the activity.
• If clients fail the initiation, the client will go on a Quad Bike accompanied by a guide and no refunds will be given.
• Access will not be granted without presentation of a ticket or voucher.
• You must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Please note that giraffe viewing is available between 10.30 - 15.30 (except Mondays and Thursdays).
• The 4D cinema is not available until further notice.
• Safari Bus is a complimentary activity offered with the entrance ticket and if missed, there will no refund/rescheduling.

Health & Safety Notes

• Please do not scream, shout, kick, slap or jump up and down while riding or while in close proximity to the camels; it may scare the animals and cause an accident.
• All participants must be physically and mentally capable to perform this particular activity.
• Participants should not have any major hearing or visual impairments. If the health and safety restrictions for your activity are not respected, "NO" refund will be considered. These rules are for your safety.
• Activities are still carried out in rain, and no refunds will be given if a client chooses to not participate. In the event of adverse weather, activities may be rescheduled for security purposes by the Management of the Park.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants should ensure that they understand either English, French or Mauritian Creole, which are the languages used to explain the safety procedures of the activities. Unless clients (who do not understand any of the mentioned languages) provide a translator, they cannot take part in any of the activities that include a safety talk for safety reasons.
