Fisherman’s Alley Restaurant

Dine in the Fisherman’s Alley, the main restaurant just steps away from the shore & breaking waves. The restaurant is the perfect location to celebrate togetherness, being with family, friends or just the two of you for a romantic dinner. The Chef proposes the catch of the day, crafted in the local ingredients and flavours, or your favourite seafood in a Mediterranean style with the best wines from the collection. The menu also features: Asian, European, Mediterranean or Indian cuisines. It is open for continental breakfast, ‘a la carte Lunch’, and features either a set menu or buffet during dinner which changes accordingly.

Sunset Reef Resort and Spa - Location

Pointe-aux-Piments is located in the north-west of the island in a very touristic place. There is the Mauritius Aquarium, the only aquarium open to the public of the island. To the south of the Pointe-aux-Piments is Balaclava whose fine sandy beach is famous. The village of Pointe-aux-Piments is also near the national park Bay of the Arsenal Marine National Park. Hotels are well integrated into the landscape and the beaches follow one another on the coast.

The land belonged to the Triolet plantation. This was then broken up into several plantations. Pointe-aux-Piments was at the time a small Creole fishing village.

1	Deshinee n Wonderful food, excellent service from the staff.. the spa personnel has the best approached, very neat and well hygienic regarding the spa Pleasant and peaceful environment Will surely come again.
2	Desiree M We never stayed at Sunset Reef, but it's the second time that we've had an experience there. The first thing you see when you arrive at this 3* hotel is a simple, beautifully decorated lobby and amazing reception team 😍. They're fully bilingual and have good communication skills. We booked the hotel for an 💞#anniversary dinner (40 pax) and all the procedures were made swiftly online and via phone. Arveend Sookha from the Sales & Marketing Dept was our point of contact and I must say that he is an extremely professional person with a fantastic attitude. The price quoted was very good and some of us will surely book a stay soon because of the excellent rates that they offer for accommodation. The food and service was very good, the music was excellent (we danced a lot) and the setup great. We had apéro on the beach and dinner in the #restaurant. There was a sega show after dinner 💃 and that was really special!
3	Najeela Abdool Wahed Was really impressed with the hotel. Seems small from the outside but the interior is so welcoming. Excellent service thanks to Nandita who was here to cater for every small needs and demands. Nice food and hats off to the two ladies for their massage. Was excellent.
4	Losha Ramdin Hotel was extremely pleasant, clean and spacious. Breakfast could do with a bit more of a variety, overall a good stay. They went out of their way to prepare us breakfast in a take away as our flight was early in the morning which was such an unexpected gesture. Manager was very helpful in terms of places of interest, how much we should pay for taxi's and even arranging a hotel taxi in some instances
5	Dinmahamed Washeefah The hotel was a bit far for me as I had to travel a lot. This is a budget hotel. Friendly staffs , food mid range. Great place - would surely come back if I do visit the area again along with family because its affordable.
