A contemporary Italian, Acquapazza enhances classic and regional dishes with modern culinary techniques. The direct translation of ‘Acquapazza’ in English is ‘crazy water’ and the term originates from Napoli, where they would refer to the bubbling of the boiling water when cooking as ‘Acquapazza’ (crazy water).Situated on the waterfront of the Indian Ocean lagoon, this beautiful setting is complemented by rich, warm decor, with both the water and fire that creates ‘Acquapazza’ represented by sculptures or flames lit along the entrance way.

There are two floodlit synthetic grass tennis courts at the Resort, located just a short distance from the Fitness Centre. Beau Champ is located in the south-east of Mauritius, the village of Grand River South East has under its jurisdiction the hamlet of Beau-Champ. With approximately 1,500 inhabitants. This coastal village has a very touristy frequency, throughout the year.Grand River South East is known for its waterfall. But also for the hotels located there and, above all, it is the meeting point for visiting Ile-aux-Cerfs.The small Hameau Beau-Champ is managed by the council of the village of Grand River South East.

The Escalade boutique in Beau-Champ does not go unnoticed. It is located on the main road. The building has an entire stone structure, which dates back several years.A lady, a cake seller, waiting for customers under the veranda of this shop. She has been working there for a few years. The locality was a sugar camp and therefore most of the land belonged to the old sugar factory, renamed Alteo.However, Beau-Champ is not only frequented by those heading to the village of Grand River South East but also by many people who come to pray in one of the oldest kovil there.This Kovil, located on the main road, has been recently renovated. A few years ago, the village was neglected because they had nothing in terms of infrastructure. But now the inhabitants has a recreation center and a beautiful kindergarten.
