The hotel staff was extremely friendly from the reception to room service and the staff in the restaurants etc. The area of the swimming pool was clean and not overcrowded and kid friendly too... Every day plenty of various activities were organized in the swimming pool and on the beach. The restaurant offered a great display and variety of eats catering to the needs of all ages. The staff, especially Muzzamil and Avish, were very helpful in making the guests comfortable. Rana is a super expert on how to make wonderful cocktails in the bar. Jeeva is a person who smiles every day and lets you feel you are in paradise. Thank you to everybody that made our holidays unforgettable. The Seven Colours spa had an amazing spa session. Josia was so good with the massages and explained everything in detail. The internet connection was intermittent, but hotel staff always helped to connect the network again.

We loved our stay at Veranda Pointe Aux Biches. For our honeymoon they offered a candle-light dinner and nice room decoration. The rooms are pretty nice and clean. The restaurant offers a high standard of local and international food. During and after the dinner they offer an entertainment program of live music or dance shows. The hotel owned beach is small but very clean and nice. Your day on the beach is more fun with the free activities they offer such as kayaking, stand-up paddle, snorkeling, beach volleyball, boccia and more. The whole staff is professional and always friendly. Special thanks to the animators Ronny and Jeffry you made our stay even more agreeable. We would definitely come back.

Unlike many “all inclusive “ resorts this one actually has 95% of its drink included and excellent food which is different every night , for those in the adult only section the restaurant offers intimate dining with a 5 course meal , but don’t ignore the regular restaurants buffet dinners it is absolutely worth it , rooms are cleaned regularly and like very comfortable. The staff were incredible and extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure you feed the cat ... his name is King and he is so friendly.

Excellent location, near Trou aux Biches and Grand Baie. Very chic hotel, with tropical style buildings located in a garden with lush vegetation, all in the nice bare foot concept. Room very beautifully arranged. Staff are very kind and attentive to the guests, ready to come to meet any desire. A special mention for Veronique Boldrini (Weddings & Corporate Events Executive) who perfectly arranged all for our wedding ceremony which exceeded our expectations.

The beach, the Hotel is like an extension of the beach. Pools, bars, reception, lounge area and beach are all great. Rooms are good. The restaurant is mainly buffé and French & Mauritius Cuisine. Great breakfast. Open both pools & bars for everyone.
