On the whole, the hotel is fine. The staff are very nice, the food was very good and the facilities with spa, pool, etc are good too. However, for a short stay in Port Louis, the hotel is well suited and the location is also very good. Disliked · Due to the room, especially the bathroom, it is a bit dated.

Very good location to go into town, the selection for breakfast was very good and the room attractively furnished. The dinner was very good, you could sit very relaxed on the terrace. Great view. Disliked · Mosquitoes are disturbing!

Liked · Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Absolutely amazing experiencing Mauritius. The water taxi to get to the waterfront and the center was such a cool thing to have. The hotel had a lively and festive mood all around the area. Best part was letting us stay a few more hours beyond the normal check out hours. Overall amazing experience. My husband and I loved it

The revamp of this business hotel has brought so much life to it. I had a great experience taking in the changes and the more modern ambiance. I absolutely loved the new sushi bar, and the new bar and lounge areas. Marina and the team take good care of you when dining, but the hotel's biggest assets are the reception staff and porters. I do however hope they will review their main restaurant meals, particularly dinner. Their buffet system is confusing to navigate and the food quality is not always great.
