Very good Liked · Property was clean, well-maintained. Staff are especially excellent, right from the reception area to the cleaning staff to the restaurant managers and staff. Very helpful and always ready to help. Excellent breakfast spread. Excellent restaurants and especially the singers, were amazing. They pulled us to the restaurant all evening and we spent the whole evening there.

Fantastic service and property. I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The property is amazing and the food section was as vast and good as well. Luxury hotel by the beach. Liked · Amazing location, got upgraded to family room, best swimming pool for a long time, kids club is very attentive to our 3 year old, delicious breakfast and dinner, beautiful beach, coral reef just outside the hotel, free snorkelling. Disliked · The rooms can do with a bit of updating, ants in the room, cleaning wasn’t thorough enough with dust on curtains and outside of windows dirty.

A good hotel for a family and good value for money. Liked · Friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. The buffet selection at the hotel was plentiful and catered to most people's needs. The family room worked well for us with 3 kids, including 2 teenagers. The view from the room was very nice, as most views are an ocean view. Disliked · The paths around the hotel are made of sand, and this means your room always has sand over the floor; it's very difficult to keep the sand out. The shower doesn't work very well. It's either scalding hot or freezing cold. So minor things, but overall good value for money.
