The Pointe aux Canonniers Beach Duplex is located in a quiet and very convenient area, just 5 minutes drive by car to the bustling village of Grand Bay, ideally making it a perfect compromise between the quiet nature and excitement and fun.
The Beach duplex offers direct access to the beautiful white sandy beach which is very quiet, priate, and ideal for a relaxing beach vacation away, while guaranteeing maximum privacy.
The Beach duplexes have straight access to the following facilities:
- Beaches: public beach of Pointe aux Canonniers, quite untouched and less populated beach than those beaches in Grand Bay
- Easy access to shops, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars, all within 5-10 minutes’ walk
- 5 minutes drive to Grand Bay village (Supermarkets, Bars, Casino, Night Clubs & Restaurants)
- A bus stop is located 50 meters from the property

Accommodation
When you enter this loft style duplex a nice and airy kitchen opens up on to the living room.
Ground Floor:
There is a spacious open kitchen on the ground floor which is fully equipped with modern appliances and offers a dining table, ideal for up to 6 persons.
The living room, with sliding transparent glass doors, offers a beautiful view of the garden and the Indian Ocean and the Gunners’ Coin just in front.
Here you can comfortably rest or to watch TV on a big flat screen or sip your tea and enjoy the view of the twinkling water!
Moreover, a guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.
First Floor:
Further on to the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the master bedroom, all you have to do is to slide open the windows to enjoy the panoramic views and relax to the sound of the sea waves.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
